Mawlana Shaykh Sayyad Hasan Askari al-Ashrafi al-Jilani, the great grandson of Huzur Makhdoom al Millat Sayyad Muhammad al-Kicchochawi [better known as Muhaddith al-A'zam-e-Hind 'alayhir rahman] has now been confirmed to tour the UK.
It is exactly 12 months to the day when his Eminence Ra'is al-Muhaqiqeen announced the wali-ahad (successor in waiting) janasheen of Huzur Muhaddith al-A'zam-Hind 'alayhir ar rahman w'al ridwan. We said:

On the 7th of September 2008 during the blessed month of Ramadan, Hadrat Shaykh al Islam w'al Muslimeen Allama Pir Sayyad Muhammad Madani Miya Ashrafi al Jilani, declared that the next successor (‘janasheen’) of Makhdoom al Millat Hadrat Muhaddith al A'azam' Rahmatullahi 'alayh will be Hadrat Allama Shaykh Sayyad Hasan Askari Ashrafi al Jilani, s/o Hadrat Sayyad Arabi miya Ashrafi al Jilani, great grandson of Muhaddith al-A'zam al-Hind Rahmatullahi 'alayh. ''
Shaykh Hasan Askari will arrive on the 10th of October 2009, and will be visiting the following towns and cities, Blackburn, Bolton, Dewsbury, Birmingham, Leicester, London and Preston.

VOLUME II Tafsir al-Ashrafi : Shaykh al Islam Qur'an Translation and Commentary in Urdu
We are extremely pleased to announce that Volume II of Sayyad at-Tafasir; Tafsir-e-Ashrafi has now been published and released. Shaykh Madani miya completed Volume II some time ago but with the process of publishing and printing taking some considerable time it was inevitably delayed.
Volume II of Tafsir-e-Ashrafi has been published by The Shaykh al Islam Trust, it is in hardback & consists of 426 pages, and is available to purchase online from www.madanipropagation.com.

al Ma'idah
Hadrat Shaykh al Islam is presently working on translating Volume III.
